Senior Project Manager (Civil & High-Rise)
Lead end-to-end execution of multi-story commercial and luxury residential developments, managing site engineering teams, plant schedules, and sub-tier compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project milestones from sub-structure excavation through turnkey structural and facade handover.
- Direct daily resource allocation across concrete batching, tower crane cycles, and formwork cycles.
- Enforce laboratory-level QA/QC compliance and zero-harm safety governance on active sites.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering at least 2 high-rise or commercial projects exceeding 150,000 sq.ft.
BIM Coordinator (Structural & MEP)
Develop and manage LOD 400 BIM models, coordinate cross-discipline clash detection, and produce fabrication drawings for architectural facades and structural elements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate parametric 3D models and clash-detection reports in Revit and Navisworks.
- Coordinate with site engineers and facade specialists to resolve pre-construction interference.
- Assist in 4D schedule simulations and 5D cost estimating exports.
Qualifications:
- B.Arch or B.Tech (Civil) with Autodesk Certified Professional credentials.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
QA/QC Lead Engineer (Materials & Metallurgy)
Direct field and laboratory testing regimes for concrete mixes, reinforcement steel, waterproof membranes, and facade glazing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site testing labs, cube crushers, rebound hammers, and ultrasonic concrete testers.
- Verify mill test certificates (MTC) and conduct third-party metallurgical spectro-audits.
- Maintain ISO 9001:2015 documentation and non-conformance rectification registers.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering with certified NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Level II training.
- Comprehensive mastery of IS codes (IS 456, IS 1786, IS 10262) and ASTM standards.
Site Safety & EHS Manager
Lead site safety operations, daily toolbox talks, edge-protection audits, and heavy lifting risk management for crane and scaffolding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain zero-incident safety culture across high-altitude and deep excavation works.
- Conduct regular hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) reviews.
- Supervise daily crane rigging permits and electrical safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH IGC Certified.
- Minimum 5 years leading EHS on major commercial or infrastructure jobsites.
