Commissioned to handle high-tonnage fabrication and automated warehousing, the Apex Industrial Logistics Park is engineered for extreme structural endurance and maximum logistical throughput.
The complex features pre-engineered high-tensile steel frames with 36-meter clear spans and an internal clearance height of 14 meters, facilitating 35-ton overhead gantry crane operations.
Sree Vilasam Group deployed our proprietary laser-guided screed technology to execute an FM2-tolerance jointless industrial floor, capable of withstanding concentrated 12-ton point loads.

- 03 Fabrication and erection of 2,400 metric tons of structural steel
- 04 Jointless laser-screeded SFRC (Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete) floors
- 05 High-bay industrial LED illumination, substation, and transformer installations
