Set along a tranquil waterway in Kowdiar, The Royal Orchid Enclave represents the pinnacle of private residential construction. Each of the 28 custom-designed villas spans 4,200 sq. ft. of climate-responsive living space.
The engineering challenge required extensive soil stabilization, deep micro-piling, and specialized waterproofing membranes to guarantee lifelong resistance against groundwater hydrostatic pressure.
Crafted using backward-integrated artisanal woodwork, the residences incorporate seasoned Burma teak joinery, Italian Statuario marble floors, and motorized sliding glass portals that blend indoor and outdoor living.
