Vilasam Sapphire Heights stands as a benchmark in modern corporate architecture in central Kochi. Designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, the building incorporates post-tensioned beam-free flat slab technology that allows unobstructed 12-meter clear floor spans for maximum interior flexibility.
The exterior features a unitized structural glazing system manufactured with double-glazed low-emissivity glass to dramatically reduce solar heat gain while capturing sweeping views of the city skyline.
Sree Vilasam Group acted as the primary EPC contractor, deploying computer-calibrated M50 grade concrete from our dedicated batching yard and managing total mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) integration.
